Oh, my goodness, this week's cards were extraordinary!  I have so enjoyed looking through all of your blogs and your wonderful creations.  Thanks so much to all who entered this week, and thanks to Lee for asking me to host.  I have had such a good time.  Now on to the hard part of the job.....picking the winners.  In my eyes you are all winners, but I had to makes some choices.  I narrowed it down to four and these are in no particular order.  Here we go:

The first card is from Liz Smith (Colour Kitty).  I love the design, the fun image and her beautiful coloring!

The second card is from Jacee.  For someone who doesn't like to make Christmas cards, this is a beauty!  I love the scalloped edges, the beautiful colors and those snazzy stockings.

The third card is from Tammie Edgerton.  How can you not smile when you look at this image!  Her coloring is so beautiful.

The fourth card is from Lisa Babitz.  I love the design of her card and the beautiful nativity.....great colors too!

Check back with us tomorrow for another fun challenge!

Make sure to watch our Pinterest Board for the winners and other entries from our challenges. One of your cards may end up there!

Happy Stamping,

Hello, everyone, Sharyn here!  I was so happy when Lee contacted me and asked if I would like to host at Mod Squad again.  So, let's get started!   This week I would like to do a Word Challenge, and the word is Holiday!  As you can see, my card is all about Halloween.  I have three grandsons, so I had to make three cards.  One is posted for you here, but you will have to visit my blog to see the other two.  You only need to make one card, and you can use any holiday that you like.  If you need a card for Thanksgiving or you want to get ahead start on Christmas, then feel free to do those. Anything that is holiday related is fair game!

Here's my card

I don't make very many Halloween cards so my supplies are limited.  Some time ago I bought the cutest stamp set from Gina K. Designs called Wicked.  I always seem to reach for it when I need something for Halloween.  Don't you just love these spiders!

The Recipe:
Gina K. Designs Wicked stamps
GKD Spooktacular You! patterned paper
Doodlebug Ghouls & Goodies patterned paper
Spellbinders Long Classic Rectangles Large
Reverse Confetti Stars Pretty Panels
Doodlebug Black & White baker's twine
GKD Black Onyx button

So, put on your thinking caps and see what you can come up with that is Holiday!  I can't wait to see how you are inspired!

Some quick reminders:

-Please create a new card/project for each challenge.

-You may use any vendors/products.

-Our challenges may be combined with up to 4 other challenges, so to be eligible for any prizes and Pinning to our Pinterest Board, you can have a total of 5 challenges you've entered. We rely on the honor system so please be honest.

Hi everyone!  It's Tricia here.  Welcome to this week's Mod Squad challenge!   This is a just for fun week here at the Mod Squad blog.  Since the challenge is so simple, I'm expecting there will be lots of entries, so to make it easier on myself I'm not giving away a prize, but I'm going to allow myself to spotlight up to seven cards next Tuesday. :)  Here's my inspiration card for the week...

And your challenge is to USE STRIPES ON YOUR CARD. (Orange stripes are optional, but you might get extra brownie points...) :)

My sweet little fall scene was stamped with images from the sweet Autumn Blessings mini set and some  Warm Cocoa, Sweet Mango, Honey Mustard, and Dark Chocolate Gina K Designs Inks.  The owl and the acorn are both stamped separately and attached with glue dots or pop dots to give my card some dimension.  The marvelous gold cord is new to Gina K and is a must, MUST have in my stamping corner!  I used a sentiment from the newest Stamp TV kit set The Simple Things stamped in GKD Dark Chocolate Ink.  The gorgeous background papers are from the Garden Tour and Birthday Hoot patterned paper packs.

I'm so excited to see what you'll come up with!  I know you'll make it hard to choose my Spotlight Seven!!

Ok, here are the rules:

-Please create a new card/project for each challenge.

-You may use any vendors/products.

-Our challenges may be combined with up to 4 other challenges, so to be eligible for the Spotlight Seven and Pinning to our Pinterest Board, you can have a total of 5 challenges you've entered. We rely on the honor system so please be honest.

-The Mod Squad challenges are open until the following Monday night so we have time to choose and post winners.

-The Spotlight Seven will be chosen from among the entries submitted in time.
